From a young age, Valerie picked up drawing, reading and writing. The very day she came upon a set of beautifully heartbreaking advertisements meant to educate people about the effects of littering on animals, she realised what she wanted to do.

 

This combination of her love for writing, art and design and advertising is the reason why she has recently graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Communications after obtaining a Diploma in Mass Communication. Through that, she is well-versed in writing, design, planning and executing public relations and marketing campaigns.

 

After her education, Valerie aims to be a PR executive specialising social media strategies - ideally for campaigns. With her exposure to several PR campaigns where she handled the social media component, she believes that she can contribute much to her team. 

 

Item one on her bucket list is to go shark caging. In time, she would love to be able to make a change for the ocean's most magnificent animal. Valerie is a proud vegetarian and animal-lover. She would like to be a vegan eventually to help the world be a better place.
